Mission : Tâches journalières
o Répondre aux questions des clients via téléphone/mail en anglais, espagnol
o Analyse des prix et des coûts,
o Envoi d’informations,
o Contrôle des stocks et envoi des échantillons,
o Envoi de brochures (préparer l’envoi, gérer l’envoi avec les différentes agence de transports),
o Faire des offres aux clients et aux distributeurs,
o Gérer les commandes,
o Gérer les plaintes des clients,
o Faire les rapports de voyage,
o Trouver de nouveaux clients.
Ressources Humaines
o Communication interne journalière
o Recherche d´un nouveau stagiaire
Traduction et création:
o Traductions de tous les documents en espagnol, anglais, allemand (opt).
o Gérer l’élaboration des listes de prix et des nouveaux produits,
Management
o Préparation des foires & conventions, recherches, organisation, planifications de voyages
